We pack your order in Styrofoam boxes, place them in wooden crates, secure them using metal straps and then shrink wrap the entire order. Every shipment is photographed when it is loaded on to the delivery truck and 100% insured and tracked so we cover any issues completely hassle free to you. As soon as your order ships you get a tracking number so you can track its progress.  Twenty-four hours prior to delivery you will get a phone call to setup a delivery appointment at which point a truck with a lift gate and pallet jack will drop off your materials to the area of your liking near the curbside.

Less than 1% of our shipments have any issues as we pack your order meticulously and only work with the best freight carriers.  Any issues are resolved promptly within a week as our Shipping department directly communicates and works hand in hand with our customers.

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the items in your cart and the distance to your shipping address.  Every time rates are calculated on the website, our custom made, highly sophisticated algorithm checks which is the closest warehouse that has the item(s) in your cart, requests live freight rates from over 30 carriers, and presents the lowest rates to you – all in less than ten seconds.

Natural stone and tile products can weigh between 6 to 20 lbs per square foot. It is not uncommon for a 100 square feet order for a marble bathroom to weigh as much as a car! Because of the huge assortment we keep, sometimes the item you select isn’t that close to you. These sometimes-long distances between our warehouses and your shipping address can sometimes lead to expensive shipping costs. Luckily, our unbeatable prices mean that even with shipping costs we are still the lowest priced option to get the job done. Most importantly, since we have worked with natural stone for over 30 years, we can assure you that you are getting the highest quality natural stone compared to anyone else in the market - bar none.

We put your name as the pickup person and put your order number as the Purchase Order number and Job Reference number. We email you as soon as your order is ready for pickup and send you the warehouse address so you can walk right in, give your order number and pick up your order hassle free – it will already be paid for!
