Curbside Residential Delivery
A cost effective way to have your order delivered straight to your home – no special equipment needed.
Your order will depart from our warehouse to the delivery address via third party carrier truck (30’-50’ trailer, depending on order).
Your order will then be lowered down to your driveway or curbside using a Power Lift-gate. Lift-gate equipment is usually located on the back of carrier trucks and ensures that your order is unloaded easily and safely without the homeowner needing any special equipment.
Commercial Delivery
For orders delivered to locations with a loading dock and heavy lifting equipment, such as a pallet jacket or forklift, we have the commercial delivery option.
Your order will depart from our warehouse to the delivery address via third party carrier truck (30’-50’ trailer, depending on order).
Your order will be received at the indicated official commercial loading dock where unloading equipment on your project site will help unload your order.
Order Delivery Dates & Times
All standard third party carrier deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.
Please ensure you are at the delivery site to receive your item.
You may be charged extra for shipping if you require re-delivery.
How to Track Your Stone & Tile Order
All our delivery options allow you to track your order online. Stone & Tile will email you a shipping confirmation with the following information:
Your tracking number together with the name and contact details of the carrier.
A link that directs you to the carrier's website so you can track your order online.
Inspecting & Signing off your Delivery
All our delivery options allow you to track your order online. Stone & Tile Once you receive your order, you will be asked by the driver to sign a waybill.
Always make sure to check your delivery for any visual damage and record it on the waybill before you sign off on your order.
All orders are carefully packaged to avoid damage during delivery. Damaged products will almost always be visible on the exterior of the boxes, pallet or crate. Therefore, recording all damages on the waybill at the time of delivery is critical.
As third party delivery carriers cannot wait for a detailed inspection of each order they deliver, if you would like to check your items in detail before signing off, you can note down "Pending Inspection" which gives you the chance to check that all your items are in good order. All of our third party carrier shipments carry insurance against loss or damage as long as you include a statement on the waybill describing how you received the order.
