    WHAT IS A 3D CUBE BACKSPLASH? 

    A 3D cube backsplash is a backsplash made up of tiles designed with a pattern that, when fitted onto the wall, creates the effect of a 3D cube. Typically, the tiles will have different shades in order to highlight the shape’s three dimensional nature. However, some tiles will actually be 3D, creating a feel and look of depth in the space.

    WITH A 3D CUBE BACKSPLASH, DO YOU CUT IT?

    In some cases you may not have to cut a 3D cube backsplash. If you are making a regular-sized backsplash, you may find that the tile sheets are the ideal size without needing to get out a saw. However, if you do have to cut your tiles, using a tile cutter or wet saw is the best option. 

    HOW DO YOU INSTALL A 3D CUBE BACKSPLASH?

    Installing a 3D cube backsplash is done in the same way as installing any other backsplash tile. Just ensure your wall is blemish free, clean, and dry before applying adhesive using a small trowel. Align your tiles then press them, one by one, onto the adhesive, ensuring a good adherence. When all of the tiles are in position, allow to dry completely before grouting.
