ARE CONCRETE SUBWAY OUTDOOR TILES GOOD FOR HEAVY FOOT TRAFFIC PLACES?

Although concrete subway outdoor tiles are highly durable and can withstand a variety of outdoor conditions, they may not always be suitable for areas that see a lot of foot traffic. However, before you write them off completely, there are a few things to consider when deciding whether or not these tiles will be suited for this type of setting.

The type of concrete tile you choose should be one of the first things to consider. Since not all concrete is made equally, with some, such as stamped concrete being more durable under heavy foot traffic - especially in an outdoor environment.

How thick the tiles are is also a large deciding factor when thinking of foot traffic. Thicker concrete subway outdoor tiles will generally fare better under large amounts of foot traffic, and be more durable all overall since they’re more resistant to things like breaks and cracking.

HOW DO YOU LAY 3 X 6 SUBWAY OUTDOOR TILES NATURAL STONE?

As with any tile installation, it’s important that when laying 3X6 subway outdoor tiles natural stone that time is taken and the right tools are used to ensure that the tiles, not only look good when installed, but that they last and retain their looks over time.

These exterior tiles should be laid on a level and well-prepared surface. The layout should be carefully planned out, and the area should be measured ahead of time so you know how many tiles you need, while always leaving around 10% to account for mistakes.

Once the foundation is ready, each tile should be carefully laid in place with tile spacers in between so that the grout can be applied cleanly and evenly before being allowed to set for around 24 hours.
