It has red and charcoal tones running consistently throughout the stone with small to medium sized crystals that burst through the white creating a slightly speckled 'galaxy' effect. This granular pattern is consistent throughout the stone, with little variation in color and veining. Compared to other stones, it is fairly uniform.
