HOW TO PAINT TUMBLED LIMESTONE BACKSPLASH

It’s possible to paint a tumbled limestone backsplash in either your bathroom or kitchen. The first step is to prepare the surface by cleaning it with a soft sponge and a solution of warm water and detergent. Dry thoroughly and then apply a stone grade primer. Once the primer is dry, you can paint over the backsplash using latex or acrylic paint in the color of your choice. You may need to apply several coats to achieve your desired effect. HOW DO YOU LAY TUMBLED LIMESTONE FLOOR TILES?

Laying tumbled limestone floor tiles is quite simple. The first step is to ensure that the surface has been properly cleaned and dried, and that it has no unwanted lumps or bumps that could affect the adhesion of the tiles to the surface. Next, apply the adhesive using a trowel, placing the first tile in position. When you’re satisfied with its alignment, press it down firmly into the adhesive and repeat with your remaining tiles. Once all of the tiles are laid, you simply leave them to dry out completely before you apply grout to the joints.
