CAN YOU TUMBLE GRANITE?

Granite can certainly be tumbled. The process involves churning and mixing the granite stones together until they develop a weathered look that mimics the appearance that the natural stones would develop if exposed to the elements for an extended period of time. 

WHAT IS A STANLEY GRANITE TUMBLER?

Although the Stanley granite tumbler has the word granite in its title, it isn’t actually made from tumbled granite. In fact, the Stanley granite tumbler, and other similar products, such as the granite gray Yeti tumbler are cups that are made from stainless steel but with a granite gray colored finish.  

HOW DO YOU CUT TUMBLED GRANITE?

However, if cutting is necessary, you will need to use a circular wet saw as granite is an extremely strong and dense stone. A wet saw will ensure the blade has sufficient lubrication to cut through the stone effectively.
